System Operation Screens

4

When screen 13 first appears, the system will
purge all gas lines.

After the gases are purged, the screen will display
READY indicating that the power supply is ready to
receive the start signal from the CNC.

Screen 13 provides process information so that the
operator can view what parameters are being used.

Error codes are displayed at the top of the screen.
The system will clear some error codes and will then
return to the READY state.

When an error occurs

that freezes the system software, a RESET button
appears in place of NEW PROCESS. Pushing
RESET clears the error without having to turn the
power off.

See Maintenance Section 5 for a complete list of
error codes and corrective actions.

Display will advance to screen 14.
