Preventive Maintenance Master Schedule
Daily:
• Verify proper inlet gas pressure.
• Verify proper gas flow settings. – Mandatory at every consumable change.
• Verify proper coolant pressures and temperatures. – Water chillers only.
• Inspect torch and replace consumables as needed.
Weekly:
