Editing inbound enhanced SCTE 104 VANC message events
For a scheduled break sequence, the available window determines both the time the break can
be triggered and the time when the break will auto expire (if it has not been taken). This
window is described either by two durations (Start Windows and End Window), which are
relative to the item's start time or by fixed times (as seen from the Event Editor for the selected
sequence).
Whether the available window is defined by relative or fixed times is governed by the Fixed
Availability Windows switch in the Channel Config 2 tab of the Channel Config control.
