Preparing media items for playout
The Notes tab
Under the Notes tab, you can write comments in the Notes Editor and attach them to the
selected asset. Anyone working with the asset afterwards can read your comments.
PinPoint searches notes for words specified in an Any Text filer.
Attach notes to a media item
1. Select an asset in the results pane.
2. Enter your comments in the Notes Editor.
3. Click Save.
