Using Ingest Manager
Responding to failed recordings
A scheduled recording will fail if none of the Encode Servers in the selected device pool is
available; this may be due to devices being offline or in use.
If recordings fail regularly, it may be necessary to select different device pools or create new
ones to use other Encode Servers.
