Combining different coordinate transformation cycles
If you combine different types of coordinate transformation cycles, be
sure that the working plane is tilted in relationship to the active datum. If
you shift the datum
before activating cycle 19, the machine-based coordi-
nate system will be shifted. If you shift the datum after activating cycle
19, the tilted coordinate system will be shifted. The cycles must be
cancelled in the reverse order they were activated in.
Example: 1. Activate datum shift
2. Active tilted working plane
3. Activate rotation

Automatic measuring in the tilted system
The cycle TCH PROBE 1.0 REF. PLANE (see page 9-21) can be used to
measure workpieces in the tilted system. The results of the measure-
ment are stored in Q parameters and are available for further processing
such as output to a printer.
