Enter the desired spacing between lines, for example 0.2 mm.

Enter the maximum probe point interval, for example 0.5 mm.

Before cycle 8: LINE, the program must have a range defined in digitizing cycle 5: RANGE.

Enter the distance of travel by which the probe lifts off the surface
during scanning, for example 0.5 mm.
HEIGHT FOR FEED RATE DECREASE ?
Enter the probe axis coordinate at which the probing feed rate is
reduced from rapid traverse to the probing feed rate, e.g. +12 mm.
To program TCH PROBE 8.0:
TCH PROBE: 0 REF. PLANE
Select the scanning cycle 8 LINE.
