9.4 Digitizing with a Maesuring Touch Probe
To program TCH PROBE 18.0:

Select the scanning cycle 18 LINE.

LINE DIRECTION ?
Enter the axis of the X/Y plane parallel to which the touch probe
should move.
SCANNING ANGLE ?
Enter the angle between the path of traverse of the touch probe and
the programmed LINE DIRECTION.
HEIGHT FOR FEED RATE DECREASE
?
Enter the probe axis coordinate at which the touch probe feed rate is
reduced from rapid traverse to the probing feed rate, e.g. +25 mm.
FEED RATE ? F=
Enter the digitizing speed, for example 1000 mm/min.
MIN. LINE SPACING ?
Enter the minimum spacing between lines, for example 0.2 mm.
