Swingstick function

The Swingstick uses the advantages of vibration training that were previously only availa-
ble on large, bulky, and expensive machines. The Swingstick, on the other hand, is small
and light, so it is easy to store at home when not in use. The Swingstick is made of thin
fibreglass and has a practical handle in the middle. There are small weights at each end of
the Swingstick that cause it to swing up and down by moving the Swingstick at the handle.
This creates vibrations that are fed through the body at a frequency ideal for vibration
training. When the vibrations flow through the body, the centre of equilibrium is put slightly
out of balance. This means that the small, deep stabilising muscles along the spine have to
work harder.
When the muscles are tense, the spine is relieved and straight posture is facilitated.
The vibrations also promote circulation and help to remove toxins from the blood and
accelerate the healing of chronic injuries.
