Übung 4 - Erholung: Kniebeuge mit Schulterrollen
• Stellen Sie sich aufrecht hin, Füße stehen schulterbreit.
• Beugen Sie leicht die Knie und rollen die Schultern dabei vorwärts.
• Richten Sie sich wieder auf und rollen die Schultern dabei rückwärts.
• Wiederholen Sie die Übung 5-mal.
