The correct grip

Hold the Swingstick by the plastic handle either with one or two hands depending on the
exercise. Your grip should be loose and not tight. Always hold the Swingstick in the middle
of the handle.

Note: The handle on the Swingstick is easily moveable and can be turned a little on the
stick. This product characteristic is not a defect but rather serves to improve the durability
of the article!

The right swing

A small movement of the hand is sufficient to order to start the Swingstick vibrating. To keep
it vibrating, you must move your hand in the same rhythm as the Swingstick. If you swing it
too hard, this does not affect the success of the training, but it damages the Swingstick!

CAUTION:

• Do not exceed the maximum deflection of the
Swingstick (see figure A).
• If you exceed the maximum deflection of the
Swingstick (see figure B), this can lead to injury
and can permanently damage the Swingstick.
A damaged Swingstick can no longer be used!
