Exercise 9 – Side support
• Lie on the floor on your side with both legs straight and on top of one another.
• Lift your body by supporting yourself on your elbows.
• Ensure that your body is straight and extended, and avoiding dropping your hips or
head.
• Hold the Swingstick parallel to your body with your free hand. Your elbow should be
slightly bent.
Swing:
• Swing the Swingstick up and down for 15 seconds.
• Repeat the exercise on the other side.
