Exercise 13 – Chest stretch
To stretch the chest muscles
• Lie on the floor on your stomach with your arms beside your body and your elbows bent.
• Your arms must run in a straight line from your shoulder so that they form an L.
• Turn your body to the left and lay your left leg past the right leg so that your body turns.
• You should feel the stretch in your chest and shoulders on the left side.
• Hold the stretch for at least 30 seconds and then change sides.
