Training process

• Before a training session, warm your muscles up well. We recommend stretching
before training with the Swingstick.
• Increase the intensity of training slowly, and make sure you take sufficient rest between
the exercises.
• Make sure you breathe regularly.
• Ensure correct posture while exercising.
• Carry out at least one exercise for each muscle group. Problem zones can be trained
harder by longer exercises or by carrying out a further exercise.
• The individual exercises should be carried out in approximately 20 seconds.
• For optimal training, we recommend a period of 30 minutes, whereby you train with
the Swingstick for approximately 15 minutes, and carry out warm up, recovery, and
stretching exercises for approximately 15 minutes.

found on the enclosed DVD.
