Exercise 12 – Recover: Swimming rotations
• Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
• Extend your left arm out forward and turn your upper body and arm to the right.
Keep looking straight ahead.
• Return to the starting position and then move your right arm to the back and left.
• Repeat the exercise 20 times and increase the speed.
