Exercise 1 - Squats
To warm up the leg and buttock muscles
• Stand up straight. Place your feet shoulder-width apart and hold your arms out
straight in front of you.
• Bend your knees. Ensure that you keep your upper body upright.
• Keep your knees parallel to your toes. Keep your heels securely on the floor.
• Tense your buttock muscles and return to the starting position.
• Repeat the exercise 10 times.
