Exercise 2 – Back stretch

To stretch the upper and lower back
• Kneel down with your knees a little further than hip-width apart. Support yourself on
your elbows and move your feet together until they touch without moving your knees.
• Now bend forwards with your arms extended above your head until your hands touch
the floor. Try to keep your hips down and feel the stretch in your upper and lower back.
• Hold the stretch for at least 30 seconds.
