Exercise 6 - Recover: Standing cat stretch

• Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
• Tense your stomach muscles and arch your back like a cat. Pull your pelvis forward
and your chin down. Hold your arms in front of you. Breathe out.
• Then press your back down by pushing your pelvis outwards and stretching your
upper body forward. Breathe in.
• Repeat the exercise 5 times.
