2.3.25 Scan Events
[0] = N O S CANNING or [1] = S CAN FOR E VENTS
Separate parameters exist for each Monitor ASDU and define whether or not that
particular ASDU's events will be generated by the module. If the Scan Events
parameter is set to zero
[0] or N O S CANNING , then events will not be generated. If
this parameter is set to [1] or S CAN FOR E VENTS , events will be scanned and
generated on data change.
