Editing Pipes

Editing an Existing Pipe

To configure details of a pipe:

VCS Configuration > Bandwidth > Pipes

You will be taken to the

Pipes

page.

Click on the pipe you wish to configure.
You will be taken to the

Edit Pipe

page.

xConfiguration Bandwidth Pipe

Name

Enter the name you wish to give to this pipe.
You will refer to this name when creating links.

Save

Click here to save the changes.

Total bandwidth mode

Determines whether there is a limit on the
total concurrent bandwidth of this pipe.

Unlimited

: no limitations are in place.

Limited

: there is a limit in place; you must

enter the limit in the field below.

None

: there is no bandwidth available.

Total bandwidth (kbps)

Sets the limit on the total concurrent
bandwidth of this pipe.

Per call bandwidth mode

Determines whether there is a limit on the
bandwidth of individual calls via this pipe.

Unlimited

: no limitations are in place.

Limited

: there is a limit in place; you must

enter the limit in the field below.

None

: there is no bandwidth available.

Per call bandwidth (kbps)

Sets the limit on the bandwidth of individual
calls via this pipe.
