Return Authorization
On power-up, when connecting via Ethernet (Internet Protocol), the
Model 430 will display the firmware version screen until an IP
address has been obtained. On busy or slow networks, IP address
assignment may take several seconds (even as much as a minute or
so on very slow networks). The additional time required may give
the temporary false appearance of Model 430 "lockup".

If the cause of the problem cannot be located, contact an AMI Technical

Do not return the Model 430 Programmer or other magnet system
components to AMI without prior return authorization.
5.4 Return Authorization
Items to be returned to AMI for repair (warranty or otherwise) require a
return authorization number to ensure your order will receive proper
attention. Please call an AMI representative at (865) 482-1056 for a return
authorization number before shipping any item back to the factory.
