NOTE: The windows shown in this chapter are examples and
may be differ slightly from the actual windows shown.
Starting the BIOS Setup Utility
The BIOS window appears on the screen when you start the
server.
To start the BIOS Setup Utility, press the <Delete> key
immediately after the window shown above is displayed on the
screen. Pressing the <Delete> key causes your server to start the
BIOS Setup Utility after it completes the Power On Self Test
(POST).
NOTE: If you don’t press the <Delete> key, your server starts
to load the operating system on completion of the POST.
