INTEGRATED PERIPHERALS

This menu allows you to set the operating modes of the I/O (Input/
Output) devices and hard disk drives.

All are recommended settings.

OnBoard IDE

: Both

Used to set the onboard IDE devices.

Both.....................Enables both the primary and the secondary.

Primary ...............Enables the primary.

Secondary...........Enables the secondary.

Disabled..............Disables both the primary and the secondary.

IDE 1 Conductor Cable

: Auto

Used to set the type of IDE 1 cable.

Auto ....................Automatically finds the IDE 1 cable type.

ATA66/100.........Sets the IDE 1 cable as ATA66/100 (Confirm

that the IDE device and the cable are ATA66/
100 compatible).
