Cause:

Solutions:

(1) Re-transmit.
(2) Make sure that the other party’s machine is plugged in and

connected to the line.

(3) Output a communications analysis list, and analyze it.
(4) Make sure the 4 digits of the applicable error code are registered in

#4C ISDN BASIC, [G4/G3 Fallback]

[Speech Fallback]
