2. When you open the Google Play Store app for the first time, the Terms of Service window will

appear. Tap Accept to continue.

3. Browse through the categories (Apps & Games or Entertainment), find an item you

’re interested

in, and tap the name.

 Browse through featured apps. Scroll through the list of featured apps when you open Google

Play.

Search for an app. Tap the Google Play search bar, enter the name or type of app you’re

looking for, and then tap

on the keyboard.

4. When you find the app that you like, tap it and read its description and user reviews.

5. To download or purchase the app, tap Install (for free apps) or the price button (for paid

applications).

6. Tap Accept.

 If you selected a paid application, after tapping Accept,

you’re asked how you want to pay for

the app. Follow screen instructions to continue.

Warning: Read the notification carefully! Be especially cautious with applications that have access to
many functions or a significant amount of your data. Once you tap OK on this screen, you are responsible
for the results of using this item on your phone.

Tip: Apps sometimes get updated with improvements or bug fixes. To automatically download updates,

after installing, tap > Auto-update.

Purchasing Applications

Purchase apps at your own risk. Sprint is not responsible for any harm to you or third parties resulting
from the use of purchased applications.

Request a Refund for a Paid App

If you are not satisfied with an app, you can ask for a refund within 15 minutes of the purchase. Your
credit card is not charged and the app is uninstalled from your phone.

If you ch

ange your mind, you can install the app again, but you can’t request a refund a second time.

, and then tap My apps & games.

3. Tap the app to uninstall for a refund. The details screen for the app opens.

4. Tap Refund, and then tap Yes to confirm. Your app is uninstalled and the charge is cancelled.
