Configuring the switch
1. Set the rate of GigabitEthernet 1/0/4 to 1000 Mbps:
a. From the navigation tree, select Device > Port Management.
b. Click the Setup tab.
c. From the Speed list, select 1000.
d. On the chassis front panel, select 4.
4 represents port GigabitEthernet 1/0/4.
e. Click Apply.
