Configuration procedure

To change the system time:

Set the system time and date. clock datetime time date

Coordinated UTC time zone by

Set a daylight saving time
scheme.

Set a non-recurring scheme:

clock summer-time zone-name
one-off start-time start-date

end-time end-date add-time

Set a recurring scheme:

clock summer-time zone-name

repeating start-time start-date

end-time end-date add-time

Optional.
Use either command.
By default, daylight saving time is
disabled, and the UTC time zone

applies.

Setting the Web idle timeout timer

Setting the Web idle timeout timer in the Web interface

Perform this task to set the idle timeout period for logged-in users. The system logs out a user that is idle
within the specified period.
To set Web idle timeout:

1.

Select System > Device Management > Web Management from the navigation tree to enter the
page shown in

Figure 45

.

2.

Enter the idle timeout.

3.

Click Apply.
