Defining users
Step Action
1 Select a user from the list in the Users folder.
2 Right-click the user, and select Properties.
3 The Properties window opens as depicted in Figure 31 "User
properties" (page 114) .

4 Enter the user’s information (first name, last name, telephone
number, and so on) in the appropriate fields in the General tab.
5 Select the Communications tab.
