After you record a message, you can use the commands shown in the next table.

Note:

If you mark a message as Private, the recipient cannot forward it and users

who share the recipient’s voice mailbox cannot play the message.

Voice mail from the caller’s point of view __________________

When callers reach your voice mail, they hear your active greeting followed by a
beep that signals the start of the recording. The following options are available to
callers, but you must tell callers about them in your greeting if you want callers
to use them:

to skip the greeting and go directly to the beep.

to transfer to your office’s Operator.

to leave a ringback number. Callers must enter an external

number.
