Strata CS makes it easy to select a personal status by using only the telephone
commands. See Chapter 8 for detailed information about personal statuses.
To select a personal status on the telephone

Note:
Call center agents can select a call center status by picking up the phone
and pressing *51 through *53. See “Signing in, signing out, and taking breaks” on
