before users can access Printgroove POD Queue. Auto Mode, Banner Page,

User accounts may be created for an unlimited number of users. However,
only five users may concurrently use Printgroove POD Queue.

To create and manage accounts, follow this procedure:

1

From the menu select [Configuration] --> [Operation Setup] --> [Man-
age Users]. The Manage Users screen opens.

2

All Current Users are listed in the main right panel. The following statis-
tics are also provided:

Logged In:

If the value is “Yes,” this indicates that the user
is currently logged in. If the value is “No,” this
means the user did not properly log out when
they ended their session.

User Role:

Administrator, Manager, Operator or Guest.

Log In Time:

From this screen you may Add, Edit, Delete or Log Out a user.
