Remove the bolt and keeper pin that secure the lower
master cylinder pivot pin (rod end) to the upright.

Pull the master cylinder away from the boom and secure
in place with tie straps so as not to have the cylinder’s
hydraulic lines supporting the weight of the cylinder.
5.
Remove the telescope cylinder attach blocks and shims.
6.
Telescope out enough for the telescope cylinder attach-
ment ears clear the attachment fittings on the boom
base section. Reinstall the attachment blocks and tele-
scope in to gain access to the wear pad mount bracket.
7.
Remove the bolts securing the upper wear pad mount
bracket to the telescope cylinder and remove the mount
bracket.
8.
Remove the bolts securing the lower wear pad mount
bracket to the telescope cylinder and remove the mount
bracket.
