Low alarm. This bit is set if alarms are enabled and the input

data is lower than the low alarm setpoint.

High alarm. This bit is set if alarms are enabled and the input

data is higher than the high alarm setpoint.

Bit 06

Rate alarm. This bit is set if the input signal changed at a rate

faster than the input rate alarm setpoint.
