The response data syntax for
<FrequencyResolution> is defined as a <NR3
NUMERIC RESPONSE DATA> element.
The <FrequencyResolution> response is the
minimum step available for the specified range
of frequency in hertz.
Example(s) SOUR:PULM:LIM:FREQ:RES? 1
Notes An attempt to change the frequency by less than
the minimum resolution will be ignored.
