Description This query returns the lowest possible
modulation frequency in Dither mode.
*RST has no effect on this command.

The response data syntax for <LowLimit> is
defined as a <NR3 NUMERIC RESPONSE DATA>
element.
The <LowLimit> response is the lowest possible
modulation frequency in Dither mode in hertz.
