Proper Shutdown of the SF-3040
Do either of the following to perform a proper
shutdown of the SF-3040:

Press and hold the On/Off button in the center of
the indicator panel (refer to Figure 33) for at least
two seconds. (There may be a delay of
approximately two seconds before the unit turns
off.)

Type [SHUTDOWN]HALT on the StarUtil 3000 (or
other) Input Terminal.

Do not unplug the LEMO end of
the optional unterminated power
cable, if one is being used, before
switching off power from the front
panel. The receiver may not
shutdown properly.
