Verilink QUAD/IMUX User Manual

T1 Node Administration

The QUAD 2164 Administration Menu is used to set the TCP/IP and
Verilink proprietary address parameters, to restart the module, and
to perform firmware upgrades.

Beneath the title, the site name and access level of the current user
are displayed. The site name is entered in the Node Administration
Menu. The access level is determined by the password, with Level 4
at the highest level.

NOTE: The four levels of passwords are a function of the NCM 2000.

The QUAD/IMUX has a one level password. The default

password is pressing the E

NTER

key.

To specify node administration parameters for the selected QUAD
2164 module, type “O” from the QUAD 2164 Main Menu.
