The serial port to which the console cable is connected is not the one configured in the emulation

program.

Terminal settings are incorrect. The required settings are as follows: 9600 bits per second, 8 data
bits, no parity check, 1 stop bit, no flow control, and VT100 for terminal emulation type.

The console cable is not in good condition.

Check whether the connection of the console cable is loose.

Troubleshooting the PSUs

Each PSU (PSR650-A/PSR650-D) has one LED.

When the LED is solid green, the PSU is working properly.

When the LED is solid red, the PSU is faulty.

When the LED is off, the power source is abnormal.

If a PSU does not work normally, possible causes are as follows:

The power input is abnormal.

The PSU is overheated.

The PSU fan is abnormal.

Check the following items:

The power source switch is on.

The power cord or power cables are correctly connected.

The voltage of the power input is correct.

Troubleshooting the fan tray

If the FAN LEDs on the main control board indicate an abnormal condition of the fan tray, check the
following items:

Whether any fan unit is abnormal.

Whether the air intake or exhaust is blocked.

Whether any slot is empty without a blank filler panel installed.
