Corrective measures:

• Restart the device (see manual of the device).

One or more devices are not correctly configured in the gateway
or for the smart grid.

Corrective measures:

• Configure the device for its gateway (see manual of the

gateway).

• Configure the device for the smart grid (see manual of the

respective device).

Corrective measures:

• Check whether all network cable plugs are inserted and

locked.

The gateway is not communicating correctly with the Sunny Home
Manager

Corrective measures:

• Restart the gateway (see manual of the gateway).

• Check whether the communication between the device and

the gateway is working. The device might be outside the
range of its gateway (e.g. with power-line communication).
