Fuel Filter
Fuel Filter Removal
NOTE
○
The fuel filter is designed to be used throughout the
watercraft’s life without any maintenance if it is used
under normal conditions.
WARNING
Gasoline is extremely flammable and can be ex-
plosive under certain conditions. Pull the lanyard
key off the stop button. Make sure the area is
well-ventilated and free from any source of flame
or sparks; this includes any appliance with a pilot
light. Do not smoke.

Remove:
Front Storage Pocket (see Hull/Engine Hood chapter)
Fuel Hoses [A]

Disconnect:
Spark Plug Caps [B]
Vehicle-down Sensor Lead Connector
Ignition Coil Primary Lead Connectors

Remove:
Bracket Mounting Bolts [A]
•
Remove:
Fuel Filter Mounting Bolts [A]
Holder [B]
Fuel Hoses [C]
Fuel Filter [D]
