Add a DHCP server option template.

type = <{8-bit | 16-bit | 32-bit | addr |
ascii | byte_array}>
name The name of the DHCP server option template. REQUIRED
optionid A number between 1 and 254.
Specifies the DHCP server option code. REQUIRED
type Specifies the DHCP server option type.
Choose between:
> 8-bit
> 16-bit
> 32-bit
> addr
> ascii
> byte_array.
