Modify a privilege.
SYNTAX:

mlp privilege config name = <string>
[descr = <quoted string>]
[score = <{hex-word}[:{hex-word}] ex:
'a12:c30f'>]
name The name of the privilege to be modified. REQUIRED
descr Set the privilege description.
Note The maximum length is 63 characters.
OPTIONAL
score Set the score of the privilege.
Note This is a hexadecimal value, for example “a12:c30f”.
