Remote Control
The FrameScope Pro can be controlled via a web interface. This
can be done using the standard Test Port on the side of the
FrameScope Pro or with the optional Auxiliary Port on the top
of the FrameScope Pro.
For both methods, the latest FrameScope Pro Upgrade Utility
has to be installed. The essential files for the remote control are
installed using this installer. This can be found in the CD
supplied. You can also download these files from
http://www.framescope.com
Select Remote Control and press Edit on the System Settings
Network screen to call the Remote Control screen.
The status of the web server and status of the remote control
(the port used by the remote control application) is shown on
the screen. It also shows the IP address, subnet mask, and
default gateway of the designated port.
This screen will also indicate whether the link for the remote
control is working.
