Producer - Installation

This message will cause the Producer CL program to load the layout called
"stainlesslayout.itl" from the most recently used folder or from the program
launch folder. It will set the quantity and copy count both to 1 The starting
serial number will also be set to 1. The cassette will be picked up from vir-
tual magazine 101 and deposited in exit bin 2. It will set the first operator
data entry field to "A2398", the second field to "123" and the third field to
"Stainless". If there are additional operator data entry fields in the layout,
these will be unaffected.

If the host wants to include a special message to the operator for this batch
of cassettes, that message text can be sent down right before the first data
field. The message text must be enclosed within double square bracket
characters.

The above example re-sent with a special message would look like:

stainlesslayout.itl,1,1,1,101,2,[[THIS IS AN OPERATOR
MESSAGE]],A2398,123,Stainless

Note that the special message must also be terminated with
the separator character.

One advantage of the Standard Message Format is that all messages re-
ceived are buffered in the program's message buffer (queue). The printer
will print messages in the order in which they are received. See Data Buff-
ering below for more details.

LabeLase Producer CL has some additional functionality that makes dealing
with the Standard Message Format even easier.

Binary Values in the Data Separator - It may be necessary to specify a bi-
nary or control code value as part of the data separator field. For example,
the download may use a TAB character, record separator (RS), carriage
return (CR) or other non-printable ASCII character between the data fields.
