Front Access – Top Entry
1) Complete the Power Lockout Procedure (see page 5-3) for both
medium voltage power cell and the power bus.
2) Open low voltage power cell door (see Figure 3.9)
3) Turn the two clips that hold the low voltage panel, counter clockwise
to swing open the panel.
