Aeroderivative Measurement Parameter

The aeroderivative measurement parameter determines which filter
measurement (tracking or bandpass) is performed by the channel. There are
two instances of the aeroderivative measurement parameters, one for each
channel.

Tracking Measurement Parameters

There are two instances of the tracking measurement parameters, one for each
channel. Use these parameters to configure the tracking filter characteristics.

Description

Values/Comments

Tracking Filter

The tracking filter adjusts the high and low pass
filters to form a band pass filter centered at the
machine speed.

Selecting this filter enables the
Tracking Measurement parameters
(page 55).

Note: The tachometer is required for
the tracking measurement. (Pulses
Per Revolution
must be set to 1 or
more.)

Bandpass Filter

The bandpass filter excludes frequencies below one
frequency and above a second frequency. It allows,
or passes, frequencies between the two frequencies.

Selecting this filter enables the
Bandpass Measurement parameters
(page 56).

IMPORTANT

The tracking measurement parameters are available for the
channel only when the "Tracking Filter" is selected as the
filter measurement. Refer to Aeroderivative Measurement
Parameter on page 55.
