Component The component that is responsible for this entry in the Multicast For-
warding Database. Possible values are IGMP Snooping, GMRP, and
Static Filtering.
Description The text description of this multicast table entry.
Interfaces The list of interfaces that are designated for forwarding (Fwd:) and fil-
tering (Flt:).
Forwarding Interfaces The resultant forwarding list is derived from combining all
the component’s forwarding interfaces and removing the interfaces
that are listed as the static filtering interfaces.
2.19.4 show mac-address-table stats
This command displays the Multicast Forwarding Database (MFDB) statistics.
Format
show mac-address-table stats
Mode Privileged EXEC
Total Entries The total number of entries that can possibly be in the Multicast For-
warding Database table.
Most MFDB Entries Ever Used The largest number of entries that have been present
in the Multicast Forwarding Database table. This value is also known
as the MFDB high-water mark.
Current Entries The current number of entries in the MFDB.
