:TRIGger[<n>][:IMMediate]

Syntax

:TRIGger[<n>] [:IMMediate]

Description

Generate a trigger in the specified channel.

Explanation

 This command is only applicable to the burst output

(

[:SOURce[<n>]]:BURSt[:STATe]

) or sweep output

(

[:SOURce[<n>]]:SWEep:STATe

) in manual trigger

(

:TRIGger[<n>]:SOURce

).

 When [<n>] is omitted, the system generates a trigger in CH1 by default.

 The trigger will be ignored if the output of the corresponding channel is not

turned on.
