Inserting batteries
1 Pull the tab (  ) of the battery
compartment cover on the back of the
linear PCM recorder in the direction
of the arrow and raise it to open the
cover.

Preparing a power source
2 Insert the four supplied LR6 (size AA)
batteries.
Be sure to insert the batteries with the 
and  ends in the right position.
3 Close the battery compartment cover.
