Substitute reception
If your fax runs out of paper, toner, or the paper jams, incoming documents will be
automatically stored in memory.
When you have received a document in memory, FAX RCVD IN MEMORY will appear
in the display, together with NO PAPER, REPLACE TONER, or PAPER JAM. When
you add paper, replace the toner cartridge, or clear the jam, the stored documents will
automatically print out.
You can display information on the documents received to memory by following these
steps:

Press the MEM. STATUS key (flip up the Rapid
Key overlay if necessary) and the "3" key. "RX
STATUS" will appear in the display.

Press the "#" key or the " * " key to scroll through
the list of received documents. The name (or
number) from which each document was
received will successively appear in the display.

When you have finished checking the list, press
the STOP key twice to exit.
